With an aim to end product malfunctions and failures in harsh wet environments, Molex has introduced ValuSeal one-piece wire-to-wire connector system designed to provide cost-effective sealed performance. The IP65-rated, integrated wire-and-ring seal system is capable of 11.0A power, making it ideal for consumer, non-automotive transportation and lighting applications.

This connector system features built-in seals moulded into the connector, protecting against water and dust ingress. Crimp-and-poke insertion simplifies wire assembly for added cost efficiency and the integrated wire strain-relief in the connector body prevents leak-paths often found in other connector systems.

The connector system's 4.00mm pitch offers design flexibility in limited space environments.
